Test Customizable Product

1. Take your measurements - The virtual fit session itself takes about 15 minutes. During the session we’ll take 7 measurements.

2. Make adjustments - The next day, we'll ship you a mold of your head. The mold reflects the fit of the helmet and gives you a chance to make any adjustments if you need to.

3. Make your helmet - After we get your thumbs up, we’ll make your helmet.

We take 7 measurements that are unique to you! These include the circumference, length, and width of your forehead as well as some measurements for the top of your head and face.

We want you to love your helmet! If it doesn't fit, we’ll adjust it at no cost to you. If after 30 days of receiving your helmet it’s not the best fitting helmet you’ve ever experienced we will give a full refund.

We have yet to see a head we can't fit! If you’re still unsure if custom is the path for you, you can order the Fit Kit and discuss your concerns with one of our fit specialists. They'll be able to look at your measurements and tell you immediately if we can make your helmet.

From when you order to when you get your custom helmet, the process should take about 4 weeks. The process starts with a quick, 15-minute, virtual fit session. About 3 days later, you will receive a mold to confirm the measurements we took and make any adjustments to your fit. Once we get your thumbs up from your adjustments, it takes about 2 weeks to produce your helmet.

Our measurement process is made for humans, not machines. We can handle measurements that are a little bit off and still make your perfect helmet.

Nope! You can order one fit kit and even do the fit session together if you want to.
