Crash Replacement Policy
Sh*t happens. Our crash replacement program has you covered. You receive a one-time 100% replacement of the same model during your entire five year warranty. Just send your helmet back to us so we can analyze it and make improvements if needed.
KAV customers are eligible for a one-time replacement helmet for the entire five calendar years after the helmet purchase and is limited to the original purchaser. Our crash replacement policy does not apply in the event of abuse, neglect, carelessness, using the product in any way other than is intended, replacement with any part or accessory other than original KAV parts and products, attempt of reparation or modification unless expressly permitted in writing by KAV.
To see if your helmet qualifies, please submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Crash Replacement" containing photos of the crashed helmet, purchase receipt with visible date, and a brief description of the damage your helmet has sustained. Once we have your email we will evaluate the helmet and receipt and have an answer back to you shortly about next steps! We reqiure you send your damaged helmet back to us so we can analyze it and make improvements if needed. Failure to include photos of the helmet or proof of purchase may result in an automatic rejection of crash replacement claim.
