The Hex Honeycomb Structure 2™ sets a new standard in helmet safety with its innovative dual-density design. By reengineering the layering process in our 6th generation 3D printers, we've made the Nova helmet not only lighter but also more consistent in handling impacts. Each hexagon features a dynamic midline that enables the distinct halves to respond independently during crashes, optimizing energy absorption and significantly reducing the risk of injury. This advanced design ensures riders benefit from both enhanced protection against direct impacts and controlled dissipation of rotational energy.
