The Bros Ride Bikes crew returned to BWR San Diego for the 2025 edition of the Wafer—a 60-mile gauntlet packed with technical gravel, singletrack, and high-speed descents. Kicking things off under the Canyon tent, the team reflected on how far they've come since spectating this race just four years ago. With pre-race crashes, last-minute bike adjustments, and even some barista-grade lattes in the mix, the vibes were high, but the challenges were real. Big Tall Wayne came through with expert mechanic work to get the boys rolling in time for the pre-ride.Race day brought chaos and intensity. From tangled chains and wet bridge wipeouts to battling through double traffic in the singletrack, it was a race of survival and strategy.
