Performance-First Innovation

3D Printing: Our proprietary KAV PolyCarbon Composite™ material wicks heat 8x better and cools 2x faster than EPS foam. This helps delay the onset of core temperature spikes that cost real watts in long efforts or hot conditions.

Hex Honeycomb Structure 2™: A new open-cell internal design improves both impact absorption and airflow. Acting as a thermal scaffold, it passively regulates temperature by channeling heat away from the rider’s head.

Air Fit Suspension System: Suspends the helmet off the head, eliminating pressure points and maximizing ventilation. This all-around airflow helps reduce hot spots and maintain a cooler, more stable core temperature throughout your ride.

HexFlow Rear Exhaust: Engineered to leverage the Venturi effect, HexFlow pulls air through the helmet and out the back—actively removing built-up heat to prevent overheating and thermal fade.

2x Larger Front Vents: Strategically placed lower on the brow to funnel cooling air directly to the forehead, where thermoregulation is most effective. It’s not just about vent size—it's about vent placement that works with your physiology.

Optimized Shell Design: Slimmer profile reduces 3mm from each side compared to our previous model—no excess, just speed.
