Portola: Kaze (Jakroo)

Portola: Kaze (Jakroo)

The Portola: Kaze is 3D printed and customized to your exact measurements.

Building on the first-generation Portola, the new Kaze delivers 17% better ventilation, a 10% reduction in weight, and a reimagined sweat management system, all whilst being 25% more impact resistant than the U.S. CPSC safety standards.

  • 3D printing enables us to create a crumple zone that can compress almost 3x more than traditional helmets.

  • The KAV PolyCarbon Composite material naturally wicks heat 8x better than EPS foam

  • Net Zero Emissions Manufacturing

  • Made in the USA

Custom in Four Steps:

Step 1: Your custom helmet begins with a Fit Kit which you receive either after purchase of the Portola or you can order a complimentary one via the Fit Kit page on our site.

Step 2: We schedule a virtual one-on-one fit session to establish your custom helmet measurements. The virtual fit session itself takes about 15 minutes. During the session we’ll take 7 measurements.

Step 3: The next day, we'll ship you a mold of your head. The mold reflects the fit of the helmet and gives you a chance to make any adjustments if you need to.

Step 4: After we get your thumbs up, we’ll make your helmet. No pressure points or dials to adjust. The best, Made For You

*The whole process from order to delivery of your custom helmet takes as little as two  weeks + shipping.
